Permissions Required in HubSpot to Install Charik

To install the Charik application in HubSpot, the user must have the following permissions:

  1. Access to the App Marketplace: This permission is required to install applications from the HubSpot Marketplace.
  2. Specific permissions for required features: Depending on the features Charik integrates, additional permissions may be necessary, such as access to contacts, deals, or other CRM objects.

Checking and Modifying User Permissions:

  1. Access User Settings:
    • Log in to your HubSpot account.
    • Click on the settings icon in the main navigation bar.
    • In the left-hand menu, select "Users & Teams".
  2. Modify a User's Permissions:
    • In the user list, click on the name of the relevant user.
    • Go to the "Access" tab.
    • Click on "Edit Permissions".
