Enhancing company records in Charik can be done in two ways: manually or automatically, depending on your needs and the available information.
1. Manual Enrichment
- Access the company record in your CRM connected to Charik.
- Fill in the fields on the left side of the record, such as:
- Domain Name,
- Industry,
- Company Type,
- Location,
- Number of Employees,
- Revenue,
- Company LinkedIn Profile.
2. Automated Enrichment

Search in the Charik Database:
- Open the company record and click on Actions, then select Search Company.
- Enter the company name in the search bar.

Add Information:
- A list of matching companies will appear. Select the one that fits your query.
- Click Add to enrich the record.

Refresh the Company Record:
- Reload the page to view the automatically added information, such as:
- Domain Name,
- Location,
- LinkedIn Profile, and more.

Charik uses reliable sources to ensure the accuracy of the information added:
- Kaspr.io: Provides verified email addresses and phone numbers.
- LinkedIn: Enables searching for and adding relevant professional profiles.
- Official Websites: Verifies and enriches data directly from company websites.
- Pappers.
This dual approach allows you to keep your CRM records up-to-date and comprehensive.
