Enriching a Company Record with Charik

Enhancing company records in Charik can be done in two ways: manually or automatically, depending on your needs and the available information.

1. Manual Enrichment

  • Access the company record in your CRM connected to Charik.
  • Fill in the fields on the left side of the record, such as:
    • Domain Name,
    • Industry,
    • Company Type,
    • Location,
    • Number of Employees,
    • Revenue,
    • Company LinkedIn Profile.

2. Automated Enrichment

  1. Search in the Charik Database:

    • Open the company record and click on Actions, then select Search Company.
    • Enter the company name in the search bar.
  2. Add Information:

    • A list of matching companies will appear. Select the one that fits your query.
    • Click Add to enrich the record.
  3. Refresh the Company Record:

    • Reload the page to view the automatically added information, such as:
      • Domain Name,
      • Location,
      • LinkedIn Profile, and more.

Available Enrichment Sources

Charik uses reliable sources to ensure the accuracy of the information added:

  • Kaspr.io: Provides verified email addresses and phone numbers.
  • LinkedIn: Enables searching for and adding relevant professional profiles.
  • Official Websites: Verifies and enriches data directly from company websites.
  • Pappers.

This dual approach allows you to keep your CRM records up-to-date and comprehensive.
