🔗 How to connect your HubSpot account to Charik

In this article you'll learn how to install the Charik application with HubSpot

To install Charik on your HubSpot portal, it requires a few steps. Here is a detailed guide to help you with this installation process.

Step 1: Preparing for the installation

 

Before you begin, make sure you have:

  • A HubSpot account with administrator permissions.
  • The login information required to access the Charik application.

 

 

Log in to your HubSpot account by visiting the link https://app.hubspot.com and entering your login credentials.

Step 2: Where to start the Charik installation process?

There are three ways to integrate Charik with HubSpot:

  1. From the marketplace by searching for Charik and clicking on the orange installation button.
  2. From the Charik website, click on one of the many "get started with Charik" buttons.
  3. You can visit this page directly to start a 14-day free trial.

Step 3: Installing the Charik application

  1. You need to choose one of our two offers:
    1. Single user starts with a 14-day free trial.
      1. If you have already purchased a subscription through one of our sales representatives, your subscription will automatically be upgraded to the full single user version.
      2. Otherwise, we wish you a successful testing phase! Enjoy exploring Charik and its features!
    2. The Team feature cannot be activated directly.
      1. If you have already purchased a TEAM subscription through one of our sales representatives, they would have likely sent you a link. Otherwise, start a single user trial period, which can be upgraded to a Team account later.
      2. If testing with multiple users on the same portal, open multiple single user trial periods.
  2. Select the portal you want to use (in case you have multiple HubSpot portals).
  3. Grant access:

    1. A pop-up window will appear asking for the necessary permissions for the Charik application.

    2. Carefully review the permissions requested, then click "Grant" or "Accept" to proceed.

Step 4: And there you have it!

After validation, the application is installed and ready to be used in your HubSpot portal.

You can upgrade to the paid version by making a direct payment on the payment page that appears. You will have the option to return to the payment page later.
